Glyph is a clinical reference application designed for use by qualified healthcare professionals. We are committed to full transparency regarding data handling. This policy describes what data we collect, what we do not collect, and how the app operates with respect to your privacy.
Glyph does not collect, store, or transmit any of the following:
Glyph uses Sentry, a privacy-respecting crash reporting service, solely to detect and fix application errors. Crash reports contain only technical diagnostic data: error type, stack trace, device model, OS version, and app version. No patient data, clinical content, user input, or personally identifiable information is included in crash reports.
The only data stored on your device is your acceptance of the in-app disclaimer and user preferences (such as saved patient weights for dose calculations). This data is stored locally using AsyncStorage and is never transmitted off your device.
All clinical content is bundled within the app and accessed locally. No network requests are made to retrieve clinical content during use.
Glyph does not use advertising networks, analytics platforms, or any third-party data sharing services beyond the crash reporting described above.
Glyph is not directed at individuals under the age of 13 and is intended solely for use by qualified healthcare professionals.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected with an updated effective date. Continued use of the application following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
